Piemontese, ingegnere, dal 2008 sposa la sua passione per il vino diventando sommelier professionista.

Dal 2014 è responsabile della selezione vini e stesura carte dei vini di ristoranti stellati in Piemonte, nonchè anche analisi e controllo dei costi F&B.

È anche docente formatore per ragazzi di sala e cucina per le materie di Enogastronomia e Turismo Territorio presso la scuola alberghiera AFP Colline Astigiane.

Inoltre dal 2019 è direttore dei corsi ASPI Monferrato delegazione dell’ Associazione Sommellerie Professionale Italiana (ASPI) unico membro italiano di ASI–Association de la Sommellerie Internationale fondata a Reims nel 1969.

Nello Gatti è un professionista del vino multilingue con una conoscenza approfondita dell’ospitalità e del marketing.

Nato e cresciuto in tre famose regioni vinicole: Irpinia, Lacryma Christi e Lambrusco… ha sviluppato lungo il suo percorso un livello di comunicazione e consapevolezza senza precedenti sia per le cantine che per i commercianti.

Oltre alla formazione ONAV e WSET, si specializza in strategie e copywriting frequentando corsi che lo vedranno anche presso la prestigiosa Cambridge University, portandolo a vincere il premio “Autore dell’anno” alla London Wine Fair nel 2022.

Frédéric Cayuela

Frédéric è nato nella regione vinicola del Roussillon, una regione situata nel sud della Francia che confina con la Spagna. Un vigneto storico di 2500 anni, spesso mosso dall’impegnativo vento di Tramontana, e circondato sia dal Mar Mediterraneo che dall’intimidante cima del Canigou nella montagna dei Pirenei.
A soli 14 anni, durante la sua primissima vendemmia, Frédéric ha scoperto la passione per la viticoltura e la vinificazione, d’altra parte ha anche imparato sia il valore della viticoltura che la ricompensa della pazienza in questo impegnativo e arido regione.

Con oltre 11 anni di esperienza lavorativa nell’industria del vino, Frédéric ora possiede un background internazionale esperto e unico.
Prima di trasferirsi in Giappone, ha lavorato come consulente enologico per lo château Nadal Hainaut in Francia, e come commerciante di vini, consulente ed educatore in paesi come Taiwan e Singapore.
Ora stabilitosi a Tokyo, Frédéric è un devoto ambasciatore del vino e collabora con famosi ristoranti francesi e programmi europei condividendo le sue preziose conoscenze ed esperienze sulla sua regione vinicola nativa e su altre regioni francesi.
L’incredibile titolo di Master of Wine è fissato come l’obiettivo finale della vita di Frédéric, tuttavia, dopo aver lavorato per oltre 11 anni in questo entusiasmante e avventuroso mondo del vino, è riuscito a raggiungere traguardi decisivi e a conseguire circa 20 diplomi e certificazioni di vino francesi e internazionali tra questi :

Born in Piedmont, engineer, since 2008 he has follow his passion for wine becoming a professional sommelier.
Since 2013 he has been responsible for the wine selection and drafting of wine lists of Star Michelin restaurants in Piedmont.

He is also a training teacher for Wine, Wine and Food Pairing and Tourism at the AFP Colline Astigiane school.

In addition, since 2019 he has been director of the ASPI Monferrato courses, delegation of the Italian Professional Sommellerie Association (ASPI), the only Italian member of the ASI-Association de la Sommellerie Internationale founded in Reims in 1969.

Born and raised across three famous wine Regions: Irpinia, Lacryma Christi and Lambrusco… he developed along his path an unprecedented level of communication and awareness both for wineries and traders.

In addition to ONAV and WSET training, he specializes in strategies and copywriting by attending courses that will also see him at the prestigious Cambridge University, leading him to win the “Author of the year” award at the London Wine Fair in 2022.

Frédéric Cayuela

Frédéric was born in the Roussillon wine region, a region located in the South of France that shares boundaries with Spain. A 2500 year old historical vineyard often blown by the challenging Tramontane wind, and surrounded by both the Mediterranean Sea and the intimidating peak Canigou in the Pyrenees mountain.
When he was only 14 years old, during his very first grape harvest, Frédéric discovered the passion for grape growing and wine making, on the other hand, he also learned both the value of the viticulture and the reward of patience in this challenging and arid region.

With over 11 years of working experience in the wine industry, Frédéric now possesses a seasoned and a unique international background.
Before moving to Japan, he worked as a wine advisor for the château Nadal Hainaut in France, and as a wine merchant, consultant, and educator in countries such as Taiwan and Singapore.
Now settled in Tokyo, Frédéric is a devoted wine ambassador and collaborates with famous French restaurants and European programs by sharing his valuable knowledge and experiences about his native and other French wine regions.

The tremendous Master of Wine title is set as Frédéric’s ultimate life goal, however, after working over 11 years in this exciting and adventurous wine world, he managed to reach decisive milestones and to graduate from about 20 French & international wine diplomas and certifications among these:
